Kids Camp 2018
Kids Camp is a week long, overnight camp held up at the same location as last year: The ARC in Osceola, WI (about an hour and 45 minutes southwest of Hayward) for students who have just completed the 3rd, 4th and 5th grade.
Kids Camp goes from Monday, June 18—Friday, June 22.
This year Hayward Wesleyan Church and The River Church in Minong are partnering together to get our kids to camp. You will need to have your camper to The River Church in Minong before ?? am on Monday. Your camper will return to the River Church in Minong on Friday around ?? pm. Kids Camp is designed to immerse children in the stories of the Bible as well as many fun activities: carpet-ball, swimming, human foosball, pickle ball, basketball, capture the flag, recreation time, dodgeball, nerf wars, and many adventures, sleeping in cabins with friends, singing, meal times, prayer, small group discussion, evening cabin devotions, and lots of fun memories!
It is a week that 3rd, 4th and 5th graders down through the years have really enjoyed and remembered as a significant experience in their lives. There is something about stepping away from normal, everyday, routine life, and being immersed in an environment with your friends and an intentional staff and programming that is geared toward teaching and modeling about the life Jesus calls us as his people to. Students get a picture of what living the Jesus life looks like. It is a great week! I can almost guarantee this to be a worthwhile experience for these kids.
The cost for Kids Camp 2018 is $199 per camper.

Additionally, you need to fill out a Release Form. Both the release form and the registration are due by Monday, June 4, 2018. You can register after this date but the cost goes up to $225.
Important things to remember:
- If you have medication to send with your child, please place all of them in a Ziploc bag and make sure you only send what is needed for the week.
- Check the website wikidscamp.org for a list of what to bring and what not to bring as well as where to send your kids mail.
- During the week of camp, we imagine they will post pictures and videos on the website and Facebook and Instagram.
- There is a snack bar and campers are allowed to bring up to $20 to buy candy, ice cream, etc.
